Eric Hale
Headmaster
Mr. Hale is a native of Nashville where he graduated from Ezell-Harding Christian School. He attended Lipscomb University, graduating with bachelor’s degrees in both Music Education and Vocal Performance. He attended graduate school at the Hartt School of Music, the University of Hartford, in West Hartford, Connecticut, where he earned his Master of Music degree in Composition.
Eric has taught at Ezell-Harding Christian School, Artios Academy and The Classical Academy of Franklin since 2006. He and his wife, Kimberly, met during their first year at Lipscomb, and are now kept quite busy by their three children.
As Headmaster for TCA, Mr. Hale is excited to continue his involvement in “recovering the lost tools of education” for future generations of leaders trained to serve God. He loves reading books (mostly non-fiction on theological topics), playing and listening to music (Mozart and the Beatles are the best), and spending time with his family. One of his favorite verses is Timothy 1:7 – “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”
